Supta Baddhakonasana is one of the most relaxing asanas. It feels great to place the palms on the belly and breathe deeply. Observing the palms rising up and down with the belly that moves with the deep breath, feels so relaxing. Try this at the end of an exhausting /difficult day. Or even every night before sleeping. If you are a beginner or have tight hips, move the heels away from the pelvis. Place cushions or blocks or rolled blankets under the knees if there is a gap between the knees and floor. Cover yourself with a blanket and enjoy the peace.
