Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake in a glass... Easiest dessert ever! This is more like an everything but the kitchen sink dessert. Had bits and bobs of leftovers in the fridge. Pumpkin puree, a little mascarpone, a little cream cheese and some whipping cream in the fridge meant a fast track dessert. And if you know me even a little, I am eternally charmed by desserts in glasses, so these happened in under 30 minutes this morning. I think it took longer to shoot them than to make them. And yes, these are eggless and can be made gluten free. Oh, they are delicious as well!
